I am originally from Southern California. I went to the Northeast for College, spent some time in the middle of the country working for NOLS and then returned to Southern California for paramedic school and work. I went back to the Northeast for Med School and bounced back to California for residency. I finally landed here in the middle in 2000 by way of stint in Nepal working for the Himalayan Rescue Association. New Mexico is a great place to live and UNM is a great place to work. I met my wife here and we live in Corrales with our son, dog, cats, goats, chickens, and horses. My free time is spent with the family, tending the farm, riding horses, playing tennis, skiing, traveling, eating, or sleeping.
