Though born in Thailand, New Mexico has been home for most of my life. I grew up here, and then stayed for my undergraduate degrees, medical school, residency, and now as a junior attending. A little vanilla, I know, but who can blame me? Great weather all year round, a supportive yet challenging work environment, and colleagues I am lucky enough to call friends. As of now, my professional interests include medical education, applied clinical informatics and international/global medical education, but I am sure they will continue to expand and evolve. When not at work, I enjoy traveling (yes, I leave the state on occasion), eating (a lot) and dancing. I have no pets and one plant that has mutated to not require nutrients since I forget to water it regularly. It lives, and like me, is a work in progress.
If you are a potential resident reading this, feel free to email me with questions about the residency program, interviews, NM or just because.
