I am the Paramedic Programs Director for the UNM EMS Academy. I have been in EMS for over a decade as an EMT, paramedic, and Emergency Medical Dispatcher in Albuquerque, as well as an EMS educator and program faculty. I am originally from Spokane, WA and moved to New Mexico in 2003. I completed my paramedic training with the UCLA Daniel Freemen Paramedic Program, and completed a Bachelor of Science in Emergency Medical Services at the University of New Mexico. In addition, I hold multiple instructor and educator credentials and am currently completing an MBA at the University of New Mexico.
